About the Job: We are currently recruiting a Caregiver to join our team in Savannah. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals to help them live independently in their community. This is a rewarding role that requires patience, compassion, and strong communication skills. You will receive $28-$35/hour in competitive pay, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination. You will also require strong adaptability and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a dedicated team of clinical staff and supportive supervisors to provide high-quality care to individuals.
- Develop personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and objectives.
- Take initiative to help participants become active members of their community.
