Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a physical therapist at Kaiser Permanente, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal physical function and mobility.
  • Administer various modalities and exercises to promote healing and prevent further injury.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and modify treatment plans as needed to address changing patient needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional care.
  • Routinely review and update patient charts to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California (or eligibility for licensure).
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience.
