Role of Service Center Manager:
In the capacity of Service Center Manager, you will be instrumental in supervising various operational elements. Your duties will encompass staff management, ensuring superior customer service, overseeing inventory, maintaining financial health, and efficiently achieving sales objectives. Cultivating a collaborative atmosphere that encourages teamwork, productivity, and customer satisfaction will be central to your responsibilities.   • Customer Engagement: Focus on customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. Work alongside the marketing team to highlight service center offerings.
  • Inventory Control: Track inventory levels, place orders, and maintain supplier partnerships.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, expenditures, and financial performance assessments for profitability.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to legal standards and safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement strategies to guarantee services surpass customer expectations and industry benchmarks.
  • Staff Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for employee growth.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Background in retail management, especially in the automotive or tire industry. Proficient in customer service and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, communication, negotiation, and financial management abilities.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of automotive services, tire products, and industry trends.
  • Certifications: ASE or relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
