TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT:
Utilization of handheld communication devices and flashlights.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Casino setting subject to varying temperatures, high noise levels, bright lighting, and smoke. May involve a floating barge or similar environment. High-rise hotel and atrium. Use of stairs, elevators, and escalators.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Standing/Walking: 80%

Climbing: 5%

Bending/Lifting: 15% (up to 250 lbs. with assistance)

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Completion of high school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum one year of experience in security roles. Must possess a valid gaming license.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Proficient in report writing.

Ability to operate a telephone and two-way communication devices.

Capable of reading and comprehending memos.

Familiarity with local and state regulations and gaming laws.

Understanding of internal controls and hospitality laws.

Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge of OSHA regulations.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Consistently maintain a friendly, welcoming demeanor. Awareness of all special events and promotional offerings available to guests.
