About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Systems Engineer to join our team at eSpace. As a key member of our RF Integration & Test team, you will play a critical role in the development and validation of our cutting-edge low Earth orbit (LEO) space system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans for active phased array antennas and RF circuitry
  • Design and build lab setups for various types of tests, including radiated chamber tests
  • Ensure timely execution, test accuracy, and repeatability
  • Validate test results against simulations and communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Automate test execution using Python or similar programming languages
Requirements
  • Masters's degree in electrical and electronics engineering, RF/antenna engineering, telecommunications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in active antenna and RF test and validation in the industry with a successful product launch history
  • Expertise in RF, including analyzing and testing link budgets, antenna signatures, multipath, and RF transceiver measurement techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a from-first-principles approach
  • Experience with mainstream antenna simulation tools (CST, HFSS, etc.) and proficiency in using test equipment
