Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Henry. As a Server, you will provide exceptional hospitality to every guest, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Must have 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
  • Know the menu and make genuine recommendations
  • Keep it clean, treating tables like they're in your own home
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
  • Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
