To Go Specialist

At Red Lobster, we're looking for a To Go Specialist to enhance our Guests' takeout experience. As an Order Experience Expert, you'll be responsible for:

• Offering personalized service and food and drink suggestions to elevate the takeout experience;
• Taking accurate orders and ensuring seamless transactions;
• Assembling prepared food and drink orders with attention to detail;
• Providing exceptional customer service by walking orders to Guests inside and outside the restaurant for curbside pickup.
