Geriatric Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Geriatric Therapist to join our team at Sobe Innovative Rehab in Ellenwood, GA.

Sobe Innovative Rehab is an outpatient therapy clinic dedicated to delivering top-notch therapy and results for our geriatric clientele. Our mission is to provide proactive preventative approaches that enable our patients to thrive and experience successful aging-in-place.

• Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting with compassion and expertise.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Maintain thorough documentation of services in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be required to have your own equipment, including smart devices and a blood pressure monitor.

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• New graduates welcome; experienced therapists encouraged to apply.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida is required.
