Dishwasher Assistant

Position Summary:

The Dishwasher/Windsor Cook's Assistant is an entry-level position that supports both dining room activities and kitchen production processes. As a Dishwasher, they must maintain high standards for cleanliness, washing tableware and kitchen items, and performing other cleaning duties as assigned. They must also maintain all equipment in a safe and sanitary manner. Additionally, they assist cooks in performing various functions and tasks pertinent to the production, service, and distribution of foods. They adhere to all guidelines pertaining to sanitation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards for cleanliness
• Wash tableware and kitchen items
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
• Maintain all equipment in a safe and sanitary manner
• Assist cooks in performing various functions and tasks

Qualifications:

• No educational requirements
• Illinois Food Handler's Certification required within 30 days of hire
• No experience requirements
