Job Summary

In this role, you will prepare fresh baked items daily for our members by operating baking equipment and following recipes. You will also be responsible for wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures.

About the Role

This position is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will be working as part of a team to build a strong bakery team and communicate with other associates to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs
  • Operate baking equipment and follow recipes/make-up instructions
  • Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
