About the Role

\

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant at Infosys, you will be responsible for leading the consulting team, evaluating solution options, and making recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, implement deployment plans, and support knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Develop and implement comprehensive FICO solutions for clients\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery\
  • Provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements, upgrades, and integrations\
  • Drive business discussions and provide recommendations to stakeholders\
  • Manage end-to-end SAP FICO Support projects, including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, and overseeing testing and deployment\
  • Maintain full depth knowledge in AP, BCM, Time Write, PS, AA, JVA, Real estate(Leasing), Concur, CO, Costing, COPA , BRF+, AFC(MEC) and integration with other modules/third party application with S4\
  • Coordinate/conduct meetings with offshore teams\
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and meet client expectations\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in SAP FICO\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders\
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership content and present at industry conferences\
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential\
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills are required\
  • Strong leadership and management skills are necessary\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities\
  • Technical skills in SAP FICO, SAP HANA S4, and related areas are required\
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes is necessary\
  • Experience working in a global team environment is preferred\
  • Fluency in English language is required\
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of SAP FICO and related areas\
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices\
  • Experience in training and mentoring junior team members is desired\
  • Ability to travel extensively is required\
  • Physically fit and able to work long hours in front of a computer\
  • Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience\
  • Based in Houston, TX\
  • The role is based in Houston TX\
