Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data collection methods internally and with external partners to ensure accurate and reliable information.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and facilitate cross-functional improvement projects to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive customer complaint and warranty reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze component failure rates and provide actionable feedback to suppliers.
  • Assess field service performance, focusing on timeliness and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-facing documents are complete, accurate, and easy to understand, including installation instructions and technical specifications.
  • Conduct quality system audits to ensure compliance with Company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Operations, or a closely related field is required.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing is necessary.
  • Proven problem-solving skills in a team-based environment are essential.
  • Experience in facilitating or leading training events is beneficial.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and data visualization techniques is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Functional knowledge of MS desktop applications and ERP systems is necessary.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills to work on complex projects independently with minimal supervision.
