- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ancillary staff and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Current professional RN license issued and/or recognized by the state Board of Nursing for the State of employment.
- BLS from AHA
- ACLS from AHA
- Two (2) years' experience preferred in the area applied for.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in area/specialty applied for.
- Adaptable to changing work schedules and patient needs.
- Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, strong organizational skills, ability to follow verbal instructions, and PC (computer) skills.
