Lash Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Lash Artist to join our team at Deka Lash in Pooler. As a Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the lash application process.

• Apply lash extensions to clients using high-quality products and techniques
• Provide personalized consultations to determine the best lash style and design for each client
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, adhering to industry standards and Deka Lash's high standards
• Upsell and cross-sell services and products to clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest lash trends and techniques
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

• Currently-licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the State of Georgia
• Prior lashing experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training
• Availability to work all shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Deka Lash's uniform and grooming standards
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong teamwork skills
