Core Responsibilities:
  • Creating and implementing educational programs
  • Providing guidance and support to the teaching staff
  • Designing age-appropriate activities that enhance social, cognitive, and emotional development
  • Complying with center policies and state guidelines
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development for quality enhancement
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of FL DCF 45-hour training and CDA certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in early childhood education
  • Successful completion of a full level II DCF background check
  • Knowledge of child development principles
  • Certification in Adult and Child CPR / First Aid
