We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer Lead to provide technical leadership and expertise to our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned operations and tasks to meet the company's safety, quality, cost, and customer delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the day-to-day activities of the operation to produce products of sufficient quality and quantity to meet customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze key efficiencies and parameters against design to assist operations with troubleshooting and meeting costs and production goals.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to meet production needs and ensure necessary maintenance is completed.
- Promote safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure workforce stability and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor process conditions and operational activities and propose corrective action to ensure operation of the process in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Analyze processes, develop new operating techniques, and recommend changes or capital expenditures to maintain or improve business efficiencies, facility life, and quality.
- Assist in the training and coaching of operations personnel in process design and operational techniques to maintain unit business objectives and provide organizational strength and individual growth.
- Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent in education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate across functional lines at all levels.
- Decision-making ability, planning, and time management skills.
