The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail. As a Lash Stylist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients, while also ensuring that they receive the highest quality lash extension services.

• Client Experience: Create a positive and memorable experience for every client through exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
• Lash Extension Services: Perform high-quality lash extension services, including application, maintenance, and removal.
• Product Knowledge: Educate clients on the proper care and maintenance of their lashes, as well as recommend our exclusive Lash Lounge after-care products.
• Sales and Marketing: Understand and promote our products and services, including memberships and referral programs.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

• License: Active or soon-to-be Missouri Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.
