Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapy Assistant

**Job Summary**
CoreMedical Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans.
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify areas of improvement.
- Implement physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and other treatments, as prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
**Requirements:**
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Studies or related field.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
- 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
