Job Title: Jimmy John's Sandwich Slicer

At Atlas Franchise Management, we're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sandwich Slicer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while slicing and preparing sandwiches to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide FREAKY world-class customer service to our customers
  • Slice and prepare sandwiches to our high standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Adhere to our Team Member Handbook policies and procedures
  • Be a role model to new team members and foster a positive company culture
Requirements:
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Must have a state-required Food Handlers Card for CA and AZ only
  • Must be coachable and have experience in customer service
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
  • Must be computer proficient
Working Conditions:

Our stores play music at a moderate level all day, and you must be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. You must also be able to stand for the length of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
