Medical Geneticist

We are seeking a highly skilled medical geneticist to collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams of experienced clinicians in pediatric cardiology, gastroenterology, general pediatrics, hematology/oncology, MFM, neurology, and transplantation surgery. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive genetic and genomic services to patients within the AdventHealth system.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in both an outpatient and inpatient setting, as well as pursue personal research and teaching interests. Board eligibility or certification in Clinical Genetics through the American Board of Medical Genetics & Genomics is required.
Our team is working closely with our state-of-the-art neonatology and pediatric liver transplant programs to develop a metabolic disorders program at AdventHealth for Children. This program will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for infants, children, and adolescents with various metabolic diseases.
As a member of our research team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in hundreds of clinical trials and studies each year, designed to improve healthcare and find cures for a wide range of diseases. Our team conducts over 550 active studies per year and has over 250 dedicated research investigators.
