Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician at The GIANT Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacies. Your primary responsibility will be to assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions, including data entry and product dispensing
Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelving and inventory management
Unpack incoming supplies and restock shelves as needed
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must meet state required minimum age
Must be able to successfully complete background check and drug screening
Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner and to comply with company policies and safety regulations

Working Conditions

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
