We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Support Professional to join our team at Great Hearts Academies. In this role, you will provide vital support to our SLPs, assisting with screenings, assessments, and interventions for students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Support SLPs in conducting screenings, assessments, and interventions for students with communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement IEPs for students with communication needs.
  • Provide direct support and guidance to students with speech and language difficulties.
  • Communicate effectively with the SLP, teachers, and parents to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements
  • Completion of a certified training program for Speech Language Pathology Assistants.
  • Valid license from the Arizona Department of Health Services.

Benefits
A competitive salary range of $62,000-$72,000 per year, based on experience and education. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
