Job Title: Lead Esthetician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Esthetician to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a Lead Esthetician, you will be responsible for overseeing the Esthetics Department, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of Estheticians to achieve sales and service goals
  • Train and develop staff to provide top-notch services and sales
  • Monitor inventory and supply usage to maintain optimal levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Strong retail and sales upgrade record
  • Experienced Esthetician with previous experience performing facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skin care services
  • Must carry liability insurance
  • Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
