Job Summary

Advantage xPO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kansas City, MO. As a key member of our partner company's team, you will work alongside our partner company, Wabtec Global Services, to create complex mechanical systems that meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes.
  • Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
  • Maintain a clean work area and adhere to the 5S criteria.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in assembly, repair, and fabrication.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
