The Faculty Fellow role at InsideHigherEd involves providing exceptional residential academic experiences to students. Faculty Fellows will focus on student development, retention, and fostering a sense of belonging within the residential community. The position requires active membership as a Faculty member at a renowned educational institution.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead academic and personal development events for students
• Participate in community events and planning sessions
• Engage with students in the residential community

A stipend of $1250 per semester is provided to Faculty Fellows.
