Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Empty and clean trash containers, and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
  • Make up beds and change linens as required, and realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
  • Respond to guest queries and requests, and respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
  • Contribute to team efforts, and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time.
