Compassionate Counselor Supervisor Needed

At BayMark Health Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Counselor Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care in our outpatient clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of counselors to provide evidence-based treatment and casework services to patients with substance use disorders.
  • Conduct quality assurance file reviews to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Direct and supervise all intake operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and current clinical records in accordance with federal and state regulations.
  • Provide direct supervision to clinicians and assist in ongoing supervision of staff through meetings, in-service trainings, and reviewing literature.
  • Act as Treatment Center Director in the absence of the Director.

Requirements:
  • Current CAC-AD, LCPC, LCSW, LGADC, or LCADC licensure as a counselor in the State of Maryland.
  • Supervisory letter and prior supervisory experience.
  • Self-motivated and directed with a non-judgmental and accepting attitude toward patients.
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
