A Job Opportunity for a Facilities Operations Background Professional.

The role of Facilities Coordinator is available at TEKsystems in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will work on the Operations/Maintenance team and possess experience in facilities operations, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management.

This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as customer service expertise. Additionally, candidates should have experience planning, coordinating, and executing multiple client needs including office maintenance, HVAC, Heating, Lighting, and Door work orders.

We are looking for an individual who can quickly adapt to new concepts, processes, and tools while providing vision, leadership, and communication within our entrepreneurial culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute facilities operations including office maintenance, HVAC, Heating, Lighting, and Door work orders;
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery;
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence;
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity;
Salary and Benefits:

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on relevant experience and qualifications.
