Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist is a vital member of the Chamberlain International School Education Team, responsible for delivering specialized instruction to students with occupational therapy needs in a one-on-one or small group setting. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address students' educational, medical, and social needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage direct intervention sessions for students with occupational therapy needs
  • Consult with classroom teachers to ensure effective collaboration and coordination of services
  • Develop and implement IEPs that address students' educational, medical, and social needs
  • Ensure the health and safety of students in the occupational therapy setting
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support to students
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current state license for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Experience working with students with occupational therapy needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Working Conditions
  • Part-time position
  • 10-20 hours per week
  • Day shift, Monday to Friday
