Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, product knowledge, and a positive attitude.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and promoting premium quality eyewear.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance to ensure a clean and attractive store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support a positive store culture.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Self-motivation, accountability, and a drive to meet sales goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
