Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing positive customer experiences, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions
2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns
6. Provide recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
