Job Title: Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Louisville, Kentucky.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiation Technologist to work in a dynamic environment. As a Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure, reporting outcomes as necessary.
  • Share on-call responsibilities and respond to emergencies within 30 minutes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adequate stock of supplies.
  • Transport patients as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist, preferably in a computed tomography setting.
  • Certifications may be required for this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, as well as move about the facility as needed.
