The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and be able to optimize production operations through prioritizing, scheduling, and coordinating requests for repairs and installations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Optimize production operations by prioritizing, scheduling, and coordinating requests for repairs and installations
  • Identify and present capital improvement projects to support plant infrastructure needs and improvements
  • Set and manage budget for maintenance department and related maintenance activities
  • Maintain a critical parts inventory system for all machine parts and order parts as necessary
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors to coordinate installation of new equipment and completion of building projects
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement and strategic planning
  • Identify and maintain a pipeline of capital projects and foster strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Analyze downtime trends and maintain machine operating standards
  • Act as the technical resource to address and resolve maintenance-related inquiries and problems
