Team Leadership: Hire, manage, and retain a local support team while maintaining high levels of client and candidate satisfaction. Collaborate closely with fellow market leaders and corporate staff to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a law firm partner or senior in-house counsel in a respected Los Angeles-area firm is preferred.
- Strong existing relationships with senior legal decision-makers in large companies and leading law firms.
- Proven ability to serve sophisticated corporate legal departments.
- Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles is highly desirable.
Compensation: The total compensation for this executive role is largely performance-based, with potential earnings significantly exceeding the base salary, which ranges from $150,000 to $200,000. The market president will also receive equity in the operating company, with cash flow expected to surpass salary as the market grows.
