Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide best-in-class guest service.
  • Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting and reconciling daily business transactions, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct merchandise counts and inventories, and communicate discrepancies to the Store Manager.
  • Loss Prevention: Protect company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or accredited bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred; at least 2 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Possess an outgoing and welcoming personality, strong people skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
