Overview: The Lead Project Scheduler will take charge of formulating construction project timelines in partnership with project stakeholders and team members. This role involves overseeing and evaluating progress against established timelines, performing scheduling analysis to identify potential risks, and collaborating with project and local leadership to ensure effective project oversight.

  • Construct project timelines utilizing work breakdown structures and Critical Path Methodology
  • Foster relationships with project stakeholders and team members
  • Work closely with various project departments to develop comprehensive schedules
  • Establish project schedule metrics and monitor key activities
  • Facilitate constructability assessments and contribute to project financial submissions
  • Refresh project schedule dashboards and monitor progress at both detailed and summary levels
  • Engage with project teams to recognize events and assess change order impacts
  • Offer support and training to project users in scheduling software applications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Over 6 years of relevant experience
  • Scheduling Certification is advantageous
  • Proficient in scheduling software tools
  • Experience with large-scale construction initiatives
  • Understanding of building construction, materials, and systems
  • Capable of managing competing priorities and adhering to deadlines

Physical Requirements: The Lead Project Scheduler must possess the physical capability to navigate stairs, ladders, and construction areas. The role requires the ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and utilize hands for various tasks.
