In this position, you will be tasked with the upkeep and repair of commercial HVAC systems, which includes unitary products up to 50 tons, boilers, chillers, and control valves. You should possess the capability to work autonomously, effectively diagnosing and rectifying various commercial air-conditioning systems with accuracy and speed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and service a diverse array of commercial HVAC systems on designated projects.
  • Employ advanced diagnostic software, tools, and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Communicate detailed information to the dispatch team and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Recognize service opportunities and work alongside sales personnel to enhance business growth.
  • Adhere to stringent safety protocols while ensuring the security and accountability of company assets.
  • Exhibit flexibility by being available for overtime, on-call duties, and occasional overnight assignments.
General Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and EPA certification.
  • Capability to lift heavy machinery as necessary.
  • Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening.
