About UsSpectrum Plastics Group (SPG) is a global supplier of engineered medical components and value-added solutions for the medical device and contract manufacturing industries. With a footprint that includes 20 manufacturing sites around the world, SPG provides precision extruded plastic solutions, injection molded components, balloons, and complex catheter assemblies to manufacturers and premier medical device brands.
Key Responsibilities- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of received components, in-process components, reworked, and finished goods and accurately enter the resulting data.
- Prepare customer quality documentation as required.
- Cordinate shipment of finished product.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one (1) year experience and/or training plus course work in inspection and gauging, blueprint reading, SPC and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Must be a self-starter and able to make decisions independently.
- Experience with a microscope is a must.
