Cannabis Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Wellness Associate to join our team at The Apothecarium. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to our patients and caregivers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.

• Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations, including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
• Provide education and guidance on cannabis products, including benefits, risks, and potential interactions.
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer service and a welcoming environment.
• Maintain accurate records and data, including sales transactions and customer interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on cannabis products and industry developments.

• At least one year of customer service, retail, or related experience.
• Cannabis experience a plus.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Flexibility regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
