  • Creative Support: Assist the design team with ideating around social media visuals and making basic edits to visuals in Canva and PowerPoint to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
  • Thought Leadership: Partner with the digital team to develop organizational thought leadership content on the latest trends across the digital landscape, positioning Green Room Communications as a trusted authority in the industry.
Desired Experience:
  • 3-5+ years of agency or in-house social media experience, with specific healthcare and pharma experience.
  • Understanding of the rules and regulations that govern social media engagement in the biopharma industry.
  • Experience with Veeva and/or similar review and approval systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing digital projects and/or programs.
Essential Skills:
  • Passion for, and knowledge of, social media channels and content.
  • Experience working with biotech, pharmaceutical, or consumer health clients.
  • Experience developing and managing social media content calendars and posting/scheduling content to channels.
  • Strong writing skills in both short-form and long-form content.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and efficient.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in tandem in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A team player with a strong desire to learn and grow with a tight-knit group.
