The Cake Decorator is a key position at Baskin-Robbins, requiring manual dexterity and the ability to effectively realize design goals. As a member of our team, you will work with customers to design and decorate a variety of cakes for various occasions by preparing icing, ice cream, and other ingredients, and overseeing the overall operation of our cake business.

• Cake Design and Decoration: Prepares, designs, and decorates cakes according to customer and BR brand specifications.
• Inventory Management: Maintains, clean and sanitizes cake decorating/work area and freezers, keeps display freezers fully stocked, and calculates dessert/cake inventory.
• Customer Service: Fills customer special orders, quotes accurate pricing, and provides friendly and courteous service to customers.
• Supply Chain Management: Orders products and supplies for the store/location for dessert/cakes category.
• Health and Safety: Adheres to health and safety regulations by maintaining product freshness and sanitation.

• At least 1-2 years of cake decorating experience required.
• Exhibits a high level of ability/skill using decorating tools such as cake turntables, and electronic mixers.
• Demonstrates artistic ability.
• Exhibits excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Executes elaborate, attractive pastry and cake designs.
• Is able to stand for long periods of time.
• Demonstrates manual dexterity; has a steady hand.
