About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Services Specialist to join our team at My3Tech. As a key member of our healthcare delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Assess residents based on principles of biological, physical, and behavioral sciences, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions.
  • Document results and reports findings to the physician, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Communicate changes in resident condition to families, providing empathetic and informative updates.
  • Take vital signs, transcribe physician orders, and respond to call lights and resident requests for assistance.
  • Foster a culture of safety and infection control, adhering to recommended standards and protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to resident rights at all times, ensuring dignified and respectful care.
  • Complete required documentation, including nursing notes, transfer forms, and other records, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Support new employee orientation, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure seamless integration into the team.
  • Participate in resident care planning, MDSs, and documentation, contributing to holistic and comprehensive care strategies.
  • Assist with monthly changeovers of necessary forms, streamlining administrative tasks and promoting efficiency.
  • Distribute nurse aide assignments, coordinating schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Provide thorough handovers to oncoming shifts, ensuring continuity of care and minimizing disruption.
  • Respond to codes, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Current RN licensure and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

What We Offer:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. A competitive salary package that reflects your value to our team.
