Relationship Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team at First National Bank of Pennsylvania. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our banking products and services.

• Promote the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, and making recommendations on our banking products and services.
• Identify and achieve individual weekly sales and referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate our digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants using our approved branch technology.
• Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures.

• High School or GED
• 0 years of job-related experience required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
• MS Word - Basic Level
• MS Excel - Intermediate Level
• MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required
