Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills, including ICP monitoring, arterial lines, central lines, ventilators, and temperature management, to provide optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with the latest evidence-based practices and research in neurocritical care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
- 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program.
- BLS certification required and ACLS may be required in designated departments.
