Food Service Associate Job Description

We are seeking a Food Service Associate to join our team at Church Hill Village. As a Food Service Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take food orders, communicate with the kitchen, and deliver food and beverages to residents and guests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure resident and guest satisfaction by responding promptly to needs and requests.
  • Actively bus and reset tables, as well as complete assigned side work.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards all residents, visitors, and co-workers.
  • No experience is necessary, although previous food service experience is preferred. We will provide training.
  • You will be required to complete food safety training to obtain and/or hold any necessary local, state, and/or county required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates.
  • You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Basic computer skills are needed for the POS system and payroll system.
  • You will possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • You will have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • You will maintain a positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and co-workers.
