Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ka Punawai Ola. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing support to our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing) or equivalent.
  • Current licensure/registration in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
