Job Summary

ChenMed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead - Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and driving clinical excellence in our primary care settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including care promoters, care facilitators, and care coordinators, to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and hospitalists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior clinicians and support the development of their clinical skills.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
  • Current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
