Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement treatment plans and protocols according to current professional and health system standards.
- Assess patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care and treatment plans in accordance with department guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- New York State Physical Therapy License or temporary permit.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- BLS certification (Issued by the American Heart Association-AHA) OR Heartsaver CPR/AED certification (Issued by the American Heart Association-AHA).
