We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Travel Therapist. As a Travel Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions, including physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement adaptive equipment and techniques to help patients perform daily activities and maintain independence.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
