Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst at StepStone Hospitality, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Night Auditor.

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Micros tapes and journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out, and settlements by type and cashier.
• Run audit reports and journals from all credit card and computer systems.
• Input revenue, expenses, and allowance to generate required daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary.
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day's operations.

• A minimum lifting capacity of 20 pounds is required.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity, hearing, writing, typing, and minimum pulling of 20 pounds are also necessary.
• High school education and relevant training and experience are required; additional education is preferred.
• At least one year of relevant experience is necessary, and ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates is required.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
